SEE JULY 4 FIREWORKS FROM YOUR BOAT IN SWFL
There’s nothing like watching 4th of July fireworks from a boat. From Tampa to Naples, some of our favorite celebrations are back, so check out our list of boat-friendly fireworks displays happening all down our coast!
Bonita Springs
For boats that can navigate the Imperial River, Star Spangled Bonita in Riverside Park includes sunset fireworks.
Bradenton
Fireworks kick off after dark over the Manatee River near the Green Bridge downtown.
Cape Coral
City of Cape Coral Red White & Boom fireworks start at 9:30pm and will be visible from the Caloosahatchee River.
Englewood
The fireworks begin around 9pm over Blind Pass Beach and can be seen from anywhere along the Lemon Bay Intracoastal Waterway.
Fort Myers
Freedom Fest in downtown Fort Myers will launch fireworks after sunset from Lofton Island that can be viewed from the Caloosahatchee River.
Fort Myers Beach
Times Square fireworks begin at 9pm and will be visible from Matanzas Bay and the Gulf on the north end of the island.
Naples
The City of Naples show begins at 9pm with fireworks launching from a barge just north of the Naples Pier.
Punta Gorda
Freedom Fest at Laishley Park culminates with a firework display over the Peace River beginning at 9pm on July 3rd.
Sarasota
Fireworks begin over Sarasota Bay around 9pm, so anchor in the bay for best vantage point.
Siesta Key
If you’re heading in via the Gulf or ICW, find a spot near Crescent Beach for the fireworks display scheduled to begin around 9pm.
St. Petersburg
The 9pm fireworks display at the St. Pete Pier will be visible from the entire Downtown waterfront.
Tampa
Boom by the Bay will feature six simultaneous fireworks displays around the bay.
Venice
The fireworks begin shortly after 9pm from the South Jetty and can be seen from the Gulf as well as the Intracoastal Waterway.
