The new Gamakatsu fillet knives are loaded with features that anglers will love. The flexible blade is supposed to “give” a little, allowing it to cut through fish easily. Anglers have the option to choose from four-different knives based on their needs. The GMKT6F has a 6-inch long blade and is ideal for small to medium sized fish. The 7-inch GMKT7FS features a spoon at the end of the handle for a quick and easy way to open and clean entrails or remove bloodlines. The two larger knives are the GMKT7.5F with a 7.5-inch long blade and the GMKT9F featuring the longest blade at 9-inches long.
These custom-designed Gamakatsu fillet knives feature a blue and gray G-Grip handle: glass-filled nylon and rubber overmold for a secure grip. A simple blade protector style sheath keeps the knives safe to handle, clean, and ready for service.
