Rockin The Harbor Poker Run Returning For Fourth Year
With a course that includes that includes Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and portions of the Chesapeake Bay, the Rockin The Harbor Poker Run is set for June 21-23. The fourth annual happening will run out of East Harbor Marina.

Registration is still open and so far roughly 50 powerboat owners have signed up for the event. Sponsorship opportunities are still available.
Last year’s Rockin The Harbor Poker Run saw 80 boats registered, but lost 10 to mechanical attrition before the event began.
“What’s new this year are two new card stops and a two-day dock party,” said Jimmy Jernigan, one of the organizers of the event. “The dock party is where it’s at, for sure. The city background is so amazing.
“And we’ll be going through the part of the bay where the Key Bridge fell when that ship hit it,” he added.
Card-stops include some of the most popular destinations among go-fast powerboating fans.
The organizers have reserved a room block with a reduced lodging rate for poker-run participants at the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott, the event’s host venue. The room-block closes May 31 and, according to the event website, room prices will rise significantly after that date.
