Nor-Tech Owners Party On Tap For Miami Show
Since the Miami International Boat Show returned to its South Beach location in 2022, Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats has been hosting a party for its customers and vendors in its exhibit at the end of the event’s opening day. That tradition will continue tomorrow at 6 p.m.

As usual, the Fort Myers, Fla., company will have its full complement of dealers on hand at the celebration, which will include hosted cocktails and light food, from Michael Knoblock of American Custom Marine in Michigan and Canada-based Peter and Raymond Roberts of Double Performance to Greg Connell of Texas-based Legend Marine to Bill and Chris Erickson of Erickson Marine in Southwest Florida.
And of course, Nor-Tech’s own Trond Schou, Nils Johnsen, Henrik Margård , Geoff Tomlinson, Terry Sobo and others will be on hand for the annual event inside the Miami Convention Center.
The celebration also attracts luminaries from the high-performance marine world beyond Nor-Tech’s walls. Former Mercury Racing president Fred Kiekhaefer, offshore racing world champion Steve Curtis and more were on hand for last year’s happening.
In a party mood this year, Nor-Tech also is the title sponsor for the Florida Powerboat Club/Speed On The Water Miami Boat Show Bash set for Friday, February 16, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Sagamore Hotel.
