Marine Trades Institute Announces New Scholarship

The Marine Trades Institute in Cedarville, Michigan announced a new scholarship opportunity to support students pursuing marine industry careers. The Michael Kletti Memorial Scholarship was created by Sandy Kletti and her family in memory of Michael Kletti, a dedicated boating enthusiast and family man who enjoyed a lifelong love of boating and was committed to helping other boaters.

“Mike’s passion for boating and his dedication to helping others made this scholarship a perfect way to honor his legacy,” says Sandy Kletti. “We wanted to provide an opportunity for students to pursue their dreams in the marine trades, just as Mike pursued his passions throughout his life.”

The scholarship will provide $2,100 annually to a student enrolled at the institute, helping to fund their marine industry education.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Kletti family for their generous support,” adds Nikki Storey, president of Marine Trades Institute. “Scholarships empower our students, enabling them to overcome financial hurdles and pursue their educational aspirations without distraction.”
