Valhalla V-55 Sport Yacht Announced

Viking has just released renderings of their new Valhalla V-55 Sport Yacht–an enclosed, express version of their wildly popular 55-foot center console–and she’s a stunner. A new category of outboard-powered cruiser for the Jersey-based giant, this model should usher in a new era for the Valhalla line. 

Power is set to be quad 600-hp Mercurys and fuel capacity is going to be 1,100 gallons. Below deck, there are two private staterooms with queen berths, a galley and dinette (which can be converted into a berth). There is also an amidships option that turns the salon into a space with dual berths, and option that will perhaps be preferable for those fishing with large crews. 

With the build construction and reputation of Viking, the high-speed performance the Valhalla brand is known for, but with enhanced cruising comfort, the 55 Sport Yacht should win a lot of attention when she debuts later this month at the Ft.
