Rocky Top Power Run At 75 Registered Boats

Currently standing at 77 boats, registration for the Rocky Top Power Run, August 17-18, on Lake Norris in Tennessee is still open and will remain so until the Saturday morning main event. But early registration discounts end today for the second-year event.

Registration opened in late May.

Presenting sponsors include Cigarette of Kentucky and Cigarette of Tennessee, as well as Ison Motorsports, which carries the GSX Powerboats/Glasstream center console line. Saturday’s nine-stop run will be followed by a raft-up on Sunday.

“We’re very happy with how registration and sponsorships have gone so far,” said Matt Rogers, the organizer of the second-year event. “We’re looking forward to a great weekend on Lake Norris.’’

As previously reported, Cigarette of Kentucky (and soon-to-be-launched Cigarette of Tennessee) will have a 2024 Cigarette 42 Auroris center console in the mix. Both dealerships are the property of longtime performance-boat enthusiasts Paul Michael Ison and Tiffany Crawford. In addition, Ison Motorsports will showcase a 36-foot GSX center console.
