Outerlimits Opens Registration For 30th Anniversary Fun Run
Started by Mike Fiore in 1994, Outerlimits Offshore Powerboats has been quietly celebrating its 30th anniversary in a way its late-founder would appreciate—by building breathtaking high-performance V-bottoms and catamarans. In fact, the team at the Bristol, R.I., company has been so focused on the work at hand that the details of the Outerlimits 30th Anniversary Fun Run, set for July 21-22, in Bristol, have been scarce.

That changed today as the company opened registration and released an itinerary for the two-day happening.
“We are hoping everyone can come to celebrate Outerlimits building the best high-performance boats money can buy for 30 years,” said Dan Kleitz, the company’s national sales manager. “It’s a significant milestone in the industry and for our company.”
The event is sure to attract loyal owners of some of the finest hardware ever built by the company.
Like the 2019 version, the fun run weekend will kick off with a Friday night dinner at the Outerlimits facility, followed by a Saturday trek by water to Newport, R.I., for lunch. (The event will operate out of Borden Light Marina.) The group will return to Outerlimits headquarters for a catered dinner that evening.
“Mike Fiore’s legacy is still very much alive and going strong,” said Kleitz. “Being in business for 30 years is a true testament to Mike’s vision and we plan to continue that for many years to come.”
