MTI Releases 2025 ‘Factory’ Event Schedule
Most go-fast powerboat-builders plan their event schedules for any given year well in advance, though few if any publicly announce them. But MTI of Wentzville, Mo., did exactly that today with the release of its 2025 event schedule.

Here’s a quick look:
• February 12-16—Miami International Boat Show.
• March 13-17—MTI Springs Owners Run to Hawks Cay Resort on Duck Key.*
• April 23-27—Desert Storm Poker Run, Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
• May 6-11—MTI Bahamas Fun Run.*
• June 13-15—Performance Boat Center “Power By Performance” Fun Run.
• June 27-29—Rockin’ The Harbor Poker Run, Baltimore.
• July 11-13—Boyne Thunder Poker Run, Boyne City, Mich.
• July 16-20—1,000 Islands Charity Poker Run, Clayton, N.Y.
• August 20-24—Lake of the Ozark Shootout.
• October 29-November 2—Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
• November 5-9—Florida Powerboat Club Key West Poker Run.

“Maybe MTI owners who are contemplating some of these events will go knowing that we will be there and they will have our support behind them,” explained Taylor Scism, the vice-president of the company. “We can always add more events and we might, but that is where we are going to be as of now.”
Worth noting? The original schedule released today accidentally included the Florida Powerboat Club Miami Boat Show Poker Run. Though MTI is exhibiting at the show itself the week before the run, it will not be going as a company to the poker run that follows. Scism confirmed that change via a telephone interview this afternoon.
