What does former—at least for now—Class 1 offshore powerboat racer and motorsports magician Travis Pastrana have in common with current Class 1 offshore powerboat racer and spirits impresario Alex Pratt have in common beyond their involvement in the sport? First and foremost, they’re good friends.

Second, Pastrana has his own new flavor of Pratt’s Good Boy Hard Seltzer dubbed Circus Citrus in a nod Pastrana’s high-flying Nitro Circus wheeled-sports extravaganza.
Speedonthewater.com chief photographer Pete Boden happened to spy Pastrana and Pratt at a promotional event for the new beverage last week in Sarasota, Fla., and of course he captured the moment and sent it our way. In turn, speedonthewater.com co-publisher Jason Johnson reached out to Pratt to ask him how the beverage roll-out with Pastrana was going.
“Incredible, bro,” Pratt told Johnson. “The drink is taking off much faster than we thought it would. People love it.
“And I got to see my boy Pete Boden,” he added, then laughed.
