Formula 387 CCF
The ears of offshore anglers everywhere perked up a few months ago when Formula announced that it would launch a new fishing center-console. The 387 CCF, with its chop-taming hull based on the Fas3Tech design by John Adams, certainly looks poised to make a splash. A wide, sculpted hardtop with a center ladder and access hatch (for those who desire a second helm), and a compound curved windshield with power-opening forward glass and washer-wiper combo shields the crew from the elements. The plethora of standard features starts with an impressive electronics suite that includes twin Garmin or Raymarine 16-inch MFDs, a Mercury 7-inch SmartCraft VesselView display and Mercury Joystick Piloting. The air-conditioned cabin with 6 feet, 4 inches of headroom includes a U-shaped lounge with a dual-height table, a private head, and a galley with a countertop, pull-out fridge and microwave. Rod and tackle storage abounds, fish-box and livewell capacities are sure to please the most demanding offshore anglers, and the list of standard features goes on and on.
