Florida Powerboat Club Members—RSVP Now For Miami Boat Show Bash

Space for 500 guests sounds like a lot of capacity, but when it comes to a party during the Miami International Boat Show it’s a lot less than you think. Yet that’s all the space the Florida Powerboat Club and Speed On The Water have for the second-year Miami Boat Show Bash, Friday evening, February 16, at the Sagamore Hotel in South Beach.

Florida Powerboat Club members in good standing have been sent invitations to the event, which runs from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., but the RSVPs have been slow to come in so far. Each FPC member is permitted—and encouraged—to bring one guest.

But the club needs RSVPs to confirm the headcount for what is likely to be one of the best parties of the year in the performance-boating world thanks to presenting sponsor Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats and supporting sponsors GSX/Glasstream Powerboats, Statement Marine, Stephen Miles Design, Waves and Wheels and Wozencraft Insurance Agency.

Each sponsor, of course, will have special guests as will the Florida Powerboat Club and speedonthewater.com.

We’re looking forward to raising a glass with you. As it was last year, it will be a South Beach night to remember.
