Deep Impact Bimini Owners Run On Tap
The weekend of February 20-23 is going to be particularly busy for events in South Florida, and a bit beyond, as no less than three significant events are scheduled for those dates. But while two of those events—the Florida Powerboat Club Miami Boat Show Poker and Keys Island Runners Winter Fun—are open to boats of all kinds, the third is exclusively for Deep Impact center consoles.

Dubbed the Deep Impact Winter Run, the run begins that Thursday out of Miami and returns to its departure point on Sunday.
Activities will include a trip to Hurricane Harbor to feed and otherwise cavort with the local stingray population. A trek to the wreck of the S.S. Sapona, a concrete ship that has become favorite skin-diving destination off South Bimini Island, is also part of the program.
In August, Deep Impact produced its first owners adventure to the Bahamas in concert with Stu Jones of the Florida Powerboat Club.
