Celebrate Great Lakes History at the Great Lakes Fest

The National Museum of the Great Lakes in Toledo, Ohio, is hosting Great Lakes Fest this Saturday, August 6 from 10am-5pm. A day-long celebration of Great Lakes history, the festival includes family-friendly fun for all ages, including classic and antique boats and cars, safety and boating demonstrations featuring the Toledo Fire Department, U.S. Coast Guard and others, and a Marine Mart offering nautical and Great Lakes memorabilia. 

Fuel up with some food and drinks from the various food and beverage trucks, and have fun exploring the museum grounds, or take part in the event scavenger hunt. Admission is free to NMGL members and children under five, non-member admission is included with the price of a Museum Combo pass.
