Aspen Power Catamarans Announces New Aspen C128 with Outboard Power

Aspen Power Catamarans’ new C128 features twin Suzuki 300hp V6 outboards with dual props for quiet, reliable and fuel efficient propulsion. The 44-foot catamaran reaches a top speed of 26 – 28 knots, with an expected fuel economy of 17 gph at 16 knots, delivering a cruising range of 270 miles — impressive for a catamaran of this size.

The addition of outboard power offers reliability, additional speed and quieter cruising, while opening additional storage in the lazarettes. Paired with Aspen’s patented asymmetrical hull, the C128 maximizes fuel efficiency while delivering a smooth, stable ride.

Thoughtful design seamlessly connects the exterior and interior living spaces, while luxurious features are ideal for entertaining, relaxing or fishing. A comfortable lounge in the flybridge and a fully equipped outdoor helm add to the living features. Three luxurious staterooms below deck offer plenty of accommodation, while a total of 800 square feet of deck and living space promises a comfortable time on board.
