2025 Everglades 315cc
Solid, unsinkable Ramcap construction, a 25-degree deadrise hull and a pair of Mercury 400 outboards are the hallmarks that made this one of our favorite 30-something center-consoles for 2025. With a top speed of 55 mph and a range of nearly 400 miles at 31.9 mph, it is not only swift but also nimble, cornering crisply in our narrow Intracoastal Waterway channel and doing so without dumping off plane or blowing out the props. Slicing cruiser wakes was child’s play.

Mercury power steering, digital throttle and shift, optional joystick controls plus digital switching are all high-tech advantages that make the vessel easy and fun to drive. In fact, the confidence brought on by these technologies makes the skippering experience of this oceangoing mini yacht feel more controllable than a Corvette.

Ramcap construction is Everglades’ patented manufacturing technology, bonding super-hard polyurethane foam modules molded to perfectly fit the hull voids between the deck, hull and stringer grid. The bottom is rigid and unbreakable, and for nearly 25 years, it has always been guaranteed to remain so.
The helm is protected by a three-panel tempered-glass windshield bonded to the console and hardtop structure. The front panel raises and lowers hydraulically (also patented). The console and forward seat lounges at the bow are optionally teak-trimmed, an irresistibly elegant look.

Yet the 315cc is a better-equipped fishing vessel, even with having more in place for family comfort than most center-consoles on the market. Dual 25-gallon livewells on the transom, a generous array of rod holders in the transom and gunwales, rod stowage in the hardtop and under the gunwales, and 160 gallons of fish boxes are just a few of the fishy features.
The portside boarding door saves the transom for stowable gunwale-to-gunwale bench lounges. Added seating includes the lounge on the front of the console and belowdecks is a head compartment with a shower.
Everglades’ 315cc is a solid ride with unbeatable creature comforts and all the features needed to fish competitively.
