Featured Boat: 2019 Outerlimits SC 46 Catamaran—Jet
As anyone who’s ever met him knows, Dan Kleitz, the general manager of Outerlimits Offshore Powerboats in Bristol, R.I., does not mince words. That’s especially true when it comes to Outerlimits creations such as Jet, a well-known 2019 model-year SC 46 catamaran that currently is for sale for $1.1 million through the builder.

“Jet is one of the most iconic boats we have built,” he says. “From the lines of the boat to its jaw-dropping Stephen Miles Design paintjob to its Mercury racing 1350/1100 engines, it is the ultimate package. Someone is going to get one incredible catamaran.”
The six-seat 46-footer’s helm station boasts digital throttles and shifters, three Garmin GPS units, Mercury Racing VesselView displays and power-adjustable footrests for the driver and co-pilot. Other niceties include air-conditioning, custom carpet, an intercom system, a hull-bottom escape hatch, onboard oxygen and more.
