Scrapyard Media To Chronicle Third Year Rocky Top Power Run

Though participant and sponsor registration recently opened, Matt Rogers, Chad Montgomery of Fast Quotes For Fast Boats, realtor Zoe Ferrell and the rest of the organizing team at the Rocky Top Power Run, set for August 7-8 on Tennessee’s Norris Lake., have already made strong efforts to ensure the event will attract a strong turnout and receive extensive media coverage. In yet another ambitious move for a third-year run, Rogers and company have contracted Scrapyard Media to produce a video chronicling the entire event. The Michigan-based company’s credits include productions include the last three Boyne Thunder Poker Run videos, the four-part “Super Cat: Race For U.S. 1” docu-series and the “In The Lead” go-fast boating world personality-profile series co-produced with speedonthewater.com.

“Scrapyard Media’s videos don’t just “show the event,’” Rogers said. “They tell the story of the event.

“And now your boat, your crew and your weekend could be a part of their next masterpiece,” he added.

In 2024, the Rocky Top Power Run attracted more the 130 boats.
