New training base

SeaRegs new London classroom will offer additional opportunities

SeaRegs Training has opened a new London training classroom at Trinity Buoy Wharf.

The new base compliments its main Plymouth centre where teaching is carried out to masters, mates and crew, apprenticeships for boatmaster and workboat crew.

“Having our own London training base allows us greater flexibility to organise one-off courses for individuals, groups or companies at an affordable cost and convenient time,” said Vicky Jinks of SeaRegs Training. “The classroom is equipped with teaching aids, whiteboards, TV, nautical publications, first aid equipment, VHF’s and charts.”

She added: “The wharf offers opportunities for training on the dockside, such as line handling, safe access and dock-work.”

Courses are available for individuals or groups.
