Lowrance showcases new range at SIBS

Fishing electronics company, Lowrance, will be showcasing its latest range at this year’s Southampton International Boat Show powered by Borrow a Boat.

On show will be the US-based company’s new trolling motor, multifunction display and sonar transducers.


The Ghost freshwater trolling motor has a newly designed brushless motor said to give near-silent performance plus integrated features such as Lowrance sonar options and waypoint anchoring.


HDS LIVE delivers real-time sonar, charting and connectivity features including Active Imaging, LiveSight, Genesis Live and LiveCast smartphone integration whilst the LiveSight Real-Time Sonar featuring CHIRP sonar gives users the ability to track fish movements in real time over wide areas.

HOOK² features simple menus and a direct-access keypad, wide-angle CHIRP sonar coverage and both SideScan and DownScan Imaging.

Women in Marine

Lowrance’s UK country manager and acting chief operating officer for Europe, Dawn Ramsay, will be a speaker at the Women in Marine Reception, an event created to inspire young women wishing to pursue a career in the industry.

SIBS runs from 13 – 22 September and Lowrance will be exhibiting on Stand J372 in Ocean Hall.
