Inside The SOTW Mag 2022 Interview Issue—Mark and Tiffany Maasen

It did not take long for Missouri performance boaters, and Lake of the Ozarks dignitaries, if you will, Mark and Tiffany Maasen of Poly Lift Boat Lifts and Maasen Insurance Services to take a liking to their new Renegade Powerboats 38’ Open center console with triple Mercury Racing 400R engines.

The couple, who volunteers a lot of time helping with the late-August Lake of the Ozarks Shootout and its ancillary events, took delivery of the boat in time for the Lake of the Ozarks Marine Dealers Association in-water boat show at Dog Days Bar and Grill at the end of April—and based on how much they’ve used it already this year, the Maasens couldn’t be more pleased with the 38-footer.

Ordered through Lake of the Ozarks-based Marine Concepts Motorsports in Kaiser, Mo., and painted by Mark Morris and the team at Visual Imagination in Peculiar, Mo., the new 38’ Open is one of the most eye-catching boats built by Manny Oses and the team at Renegade in Hialeah, Fla.

Mark and Tiffany Maasen each said that working with Randy Kent of Marine Concepts Motorsports was delightful. They added that Oses and company were also enjoyable to deal with throughout the build process.
