Image Of The Week—The Nick Of Gratitude In Cocoa Beach

Though he’ll practice today with driver Ian Morgan for tomorrow’s 500R Factory Stock race at the season-opening Thunder On Cocoa Beach event in Cocoa Beach, Fla., 151 Express team throttleman Nick Imprescia is ready for the season to being right now.

Captured flashing his 1,000-watt grin during last night’s street celebration in downtown Cocoa Beach, offshore racer Nick Imprescia is the picture of gratitude. Photo by Pete Boden copyright Shoot 2 Thrill Pix.

He has a goal—“to win every race we show up at.” He has confidence, as  he’s “ready to kick some ass.”

But mostly, the 24-year-old has poise and gratitude beyond his years.

“I am feeling blessed,” said Imprescia, who lost his father in January. “I am surrounded by a family of people that truly have defined the meaning of love and support.”
