No doubt about it, the Performance Boat Center welcome party ahead of the 34th annual Lake of the Ozarks Shootout is the place to be tonight, and not just for the Osage Beach, Mo., MTI, Performance Powerboats, Sunsation Boats and Velocity Powerboats dealership’s famed reputation for throwing a killer bash. At 8 p.m., Speed On The Water’s “In The Lead With Tyler Miller” video will air for hundreds of guests enjoying the party in the Performance Boat Center showroom.

The third of six episodes in the second-year series produced by the Scrapyard Media team of Brad and Katie DiMaggio and Ryan Wenk, “In The Lead With Tyler Miller” captures the M CON offshore powerboat racing team owner’s journey into offshore racing and much, much more. For good reasons—honest, integrity, kindness, fairness, humility and patience among them—Miller has become not just a fine representative for the Super Cat class but a superb representative of the sport itself.
In June, the speedonthewater.com and Scrapyard Media teams traveled to Wathena, Kans., to capture interview footage of Miller and his wife, Lindsey, and learn more about his successful earthworks business. Throughout their shared journey in offshore racing and the incredible business that supports it for the M CON team, the Millers—who were high school sweethearts— have stayed true to themselves.
But we’re not giving it all away here. You can watch their story yourself tonight at 8 p.m.
