Båtsystem’s new light has the same look and size as its Nova making it easy to change

C-Quip has a growing range of marine lighting which is set to double during 2020.

The company added Båtsystem to its portfolio in 2019 and now has a new addition from Båtsystem’s popular Nova-family available.

The LED ceiling spotlight is controlled from a smartphone via Bluetooth.

The desired mode onboard mode can set by adjusting the colour temperature and intensity in the app – ranging from bright, cool white to a cosier warmer, golden light. 1800 to 6500 Kelvin.

Memory function

“The new spotlight has the same looks and size as the popular Nova, which makes it easy to change from the existing light to the new smart light,” explained C-Quip’s MD Ian Cooke. “It also has a memory function which means it retains pre-set settings and reboots accordingly.

“Choose temperature and brightness and get back to it instantly as soon as you switch the light on again.”

The new Nova is available in the same colours as the existing model. Up to eight units can be connected. The power consumption is 2W and the light provides 200 lumen.
