The Block Island Times reports that the dredging of Old Harbor on Block Island has been completed.

The water around the old bait dock, which was almost completely filled by sand, is now 17 feet deep. The waters surrounding the town dock have also been dredged, making it easier for ferries and large commercial and recreational boats to access the habor.
