Alrose invests in engineering services

Alrose Products has seen a 15% year on year increase in demand

Alrose Products has invested £250,000 in new in equipment and services despite the challenges caused by coronavirus in recent months.

The company has installed and commissioned a new seven axis high speed turning centre with product coming offline to complete export orders.

Alrose Products is known for its British made gas springs and Marineline stainless steel range of supports and has seen a 15% year on year increase in demand for its products.

The new investment will allow the company to add engineering solutions and services to its portfolio of motion control solutions with services available to customers as required.


“This is an exciting time for Alrose and offers the company an opportunity to further diversify and engage with customers looking for specialised or bespoke components,” explained Jim Boulton who heads business development for Alrose.

“The company boasts a comprehensive internal engineering and CNC manufacturing base producing components for in-house assembly of finished products.

“The new rapid turning centre is a welcome addition and allows for very flexible production of high precision complex components.”
