As any self-respecting offshore racing fan knows, the Dirty Money team claimed the Super Cat-class world championship last month in Key West, Fla. That the M CON/Monster Energy Super Cat finished third overall at the Race World Offshore-produced event after winning its fourth consecutive national championship—a record that won’t fall anytime soon—is also common knowledge among even casual followers of the sport.
But that doesn’t make the final segment of our first offshore racing docu-series less worth watching. Fans may even learn a few things about what’s coming in 2025. No spoiler-alerts here—you’ll have to watch the video if you want to know more.
But while the “Super Cat – Race For US-1” series, as well as this bonus segment picking up the story at the Key West Worlds, is free to viewers, it wasn’t free to Dirty Money, Farnsworth Motorsports/Hancock Claims Consultants and M CON/Monster Energy. That trio of Super Cat teams funded the three-part regular-season series, hence the story was told through cameras trained on those teams.
As for the episode you’re about to watch, MYCO Trailers, Race World Offshore and M CON (once again) stepped up to provide funding. Not to be overlooked, Rick J. Lindsey and his son, Parker, of XINSURANCE captured the aerial footage to the entire series.
