From freestyle motocross master Keith Sayers to famed bull-rider Chase Outlaw, the Monster Energy family of athletes includes some of biggest names in extreme sports. And Tyler Miller, the owner/throttleman of the Class 1 Monster Energy/M CON offshore powerboat racing team, will be joining them in a “Celebrity Challenge” personal watercraft race at the P1 AquaX event April 19-21 in Daytona Beach, Fla.

That’s the word from Michelle Petro of the Powerboat P1/P1 AquaX event-production group.
“They will be racing in the surf on WaveRunner watercraft donated by Yamaha,” said Petro.
Presently in Las Vegas for a Monster Energy event, Miller could not be reached for comment. However, his Class 1 Skater catamaran raceboat currently is on display at the inaugural Performance Boat Center Open House and Boat Show.
Miller and teammate Myrick Coil will compete in the first race of the Union Internationale Motonautique Class 1 World Championship series May 17-19 in Cocoa Beach, Fla.
